Our all-female kitchen – Nipa Thai is led by Head Chef Sanguan , who has been cooking the most delicious traditional and authentic Thai cuisine at Nipa for almost 20 years. Sanguan is by no means new to the restaurant industry despite only ever having one job – cooking at Nipa Thai!
Whether it is a guest that visits the hotel for their first time, or a regular who stays regularly, Sebastian our Head Concierge ensures that every guest is welcomed like a long lost friend! If you do not end up shaking hands or having a hug with this colleague when you arrive, you most likely will by the time you depart.
Daisy our HR Level Three Human Resources Apprentices has been with us for over a year. In this short space of time, Daisy has proved to be an integral member of the Royal Lancaster London family, from organising our Annual Awards Party to representing the hotel at various committee meetings. She is a true rising star of the hotel!
