About the Nine Kings Suite - Professional conference services in London. The Nine Kings suite is ideally suited for: Product Launches Conventions Awards Events Annual Meetings (AGM) This meeting venue has its own independent street access to a reception room for a capacity of 600 guests. The main room, is ideally suited for hosting large conferences in Central London, and has a capacity for one-thousand (1,000) meeting or banquet attendees. It is possible to divide both the reception and the main conference room into two or three separate zones for breakout sessions or VIP areas. In addition the Westbourne Suite offers a capacity of one-thousand two hundred (1,200) guests and the Forest Suite is a collection of contemporary meeting rooms ideally suited for training days and for those organizers that may require a venue for up to two-hundred (200) guests.
